Note: Because the doll production process involves fixing the skeleton in the mold with ropes or other materials before taking out the ropes for repair, the mold lines and repair marks in the center of the doll’s body are not considered quality issues.

matters needing attention
Long term bending of limbs, sitting, and other positions outside of the factory are prohibited. Non standing styles are prohibited from standing. If you need a functional model, please contact customer service for customization. The customization time is 1-2 days.
It is prohibited to have both legs in a 180 degree position, and to lift both hands upwards. For non standing models, standing may cause the foot skeleton to penetrate the skin and expose the skin. After use, it should be restored to the appropriate placement position as soon as possible. (Due to the special nature of the product mold, manual measurement of the doll’s height requires straightening the toes for measurement. Please refer to our measurement method. The manual measurement error is about 1-3cm.)
Due to the special nature of the material, it is easy to dye, so do not wear dark clothes. The dyeing paste intelligently handles slight dyeing, and large-scale dyeing is difficult to completely remove.
Do not use a faucet to rinse the vagina, do not wash the face extensively, and when there are stains on the face, apply makeup remover oil with a cotton swab and slowly remove it.

Do not use knives or other sharp objects to come into contact with the skin to prevent scratches. Do not ignite in a fire and keep away from sources of fire. This material is flammable.
It is prohibited to disinfect and clean with strong irritants such as disinfectant and alcohol. Allergic individuals should undergo a series of material tests for the product before use.
It is prohibited to store vertically. If the eyes appear to be of different sizes, the eyeballs can be manually adjusted (pushing them in smaller and pulling them out larger). When purchasing a wig separately, it is best to purchase a white internal network as much as possible.
The doll is made according to the face shape and height chosen by the customer (we will start making it 1-2 hours after placing the order, and returns and refunds are not supported. If a refund is required, 40% of the material cost will be deducted)

Baby cleaning
The temperature is suitable for below 40 degrees Celsius, and can be cleaned with shower gel, soap, and laundry detergent. During the cleaning process, it is best to wipe the head with a damp towel, and do not let water enter the neck interface, otherwise it may cause rust and affect the use and appearance. The area below the neck can be directly bathed and cleaned. The vaginal and anal areas can be repeatedly cleaned with the provided cleaning equipment. It is prohibited to use a faucet to directly flush the vagina to prevent damage to the lower body passage caused by excessive flushing force.
The cleaning method for the lower body of the doll (cannot be done too hard) is to use a towel to soak it in warm water (around 40 degrees) and twist it, not too dry, then put it into the doll’s body, repeat several times, and wipe it clean with a thousand towels. Use a new towel to stick a little low alcohol to wipe the inside of the lower body, then use a thousand towels to clean it, and apply talcum powder to the vaginal opening. A cleaning method with suction function: soak warm water on a cotton cloth, wring it dry, then insert it into the lower body to wipe it clean, then dry the lower body with a dry cotton cloth, and apply talcum powder to the vaginal opening.

Baby care
The doll has various joints inside its body, which can pose in various positions within a certain range. However, due to the natural straight posture of the product when it leaves the factory, it is not allowed to place the doll or maintain a high precision bending posture for a long time to avoid deformation and damage.

On average, the doll takes a bath every 10-20 days and applies protective powder after the bath to prevent oil and cracking.
Pressing one side for a long time can create an indentation. With the pressing surface facing upwards, it can recover on its own after a few days.
If the doll accidentally dyes, you can purchase doll color remover online. The decolorization method is as follows: 1. Clean the area where the doll is dyed and wipe dry. 2. Dip a cotton swab in an appropriate amount of decolorization cream and apply it evenly to the surface of the doll’s dyed skin. 3. After waiting for 5 hours (the longer the time, the better the color removal effect), use a cotton swab to wipe off the previous surface of the color removal paste (the color that has faded can be clearly seen on the cotton swab), then reapply the color removal paste to the stained area. After waiting for 6 hours, use a cotton swab to wipe. If there is still color in the stained area, please repeat the above operation until the color in the stained area is basically removed. 4. After the dyeing is removed, please clean the discoloration area, dry the water and apply talcum powder. 5. The discoloration cream can only slow down the discoloration to varying degrees. Mild staining can be removed, while severe staining can slow down a bit and cannot be completely removed.

Dolls should not be exposed to sunlight for a long time. It is recommended to place them in a dry and cool place, and ensure a clean and hygienic environment. It is also recommended to place them in the range of 5-35 degrees Celsius, taking care to avoid high or low temperatures. In case of cold or low temperatures, electric blankets can be used to wrap the dolls for heating, as the doll material has a certain degree of heat resistance, but please pay attention to temperature and time. Please do not place heavy objects on the doll. Please keep the doll lying flat in daily life and do not place it within the reach of children.

Damage repair method
If the skin of the doll shows varying degrees of cracking or damage, please stop using it immediately and make effective repairs as soon as possible.
